Greet guests warmly and ensure they are comfortably seated.
Take and confirm orders accurately; coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely delivery.
Ensure guests' dining experience is pleasant and handle complaints or feedback professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and ambience in the dining area according to company standards.
Supervise table settings, service flow, and guest turnover during peak hours.
Team Supervision
Assign duties to service staff and ensure discipline and grooming standards.
Conduct pre-service briefings and update the team on daily specials or promotions.
Train new service staff on menu knowledge, service etiquette, and guest handling.
Monitor staff performance and report to the Restaurant Manager for appraisals or corrective actions.
Sales & Upselling
Promote menu specials, combos, and desserts to enhance sales.
Ensure accurate billing and cash handling procedures.
Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management.
Coordination & Reporting
Liaise with the kitchen, cashier, and housekeeping for smooth operations.
Maintain daily service reports, breakage records, and feedback logs.
Report any operational issues or guest complaints promptly to the Restaurant Manager.
