Job Opening: Restaurant Captain / Order Taker

Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for excellent service? We are looking for a Restaurant Captain / Order Taker to join the team at the biggest and most exciting restaurant in town! If you have at least one year of experience and are fluent in Tamil and English, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and friendly dining experience. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Communicate special requests to the kitchen and bar team. Supervise and assist service staff to maintain high hospitality standards. Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining quality service. Provide menu recommendations and answer guest queries with confidence. Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Ideal Candidate

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in a restaurant or hotel. Fluent in Tamil and English (spoken and understanding). Strong customer service and communication skills. Positive attitude, teamwork, and leadership qualities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette.
