We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction. As a Restaurant Captain, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the dining experience, taking orders, and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly and assist with menu selections. Take orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff. Ensure cleanliness and compliance with sanitation standards. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally. Train and mentor junior staff. Manage transactions and assist with inventory. Collaborate with management to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
Qualifications:

Previous hospitality experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work well under pressure. Flexibility.
