We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to supervise the dining area, manage service staff, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide waiters/servers during shifts.
Ensure smooth dining service and timely order delivery.
Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests.
Train and motivate staff to maintain service standards.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for accurate and quick service.
Maintain cleanliness, table setup, and overall ambiance.
Requirements:
Prior experience in restaurant service/hospitality (Captain/Head Waiter role preferred).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
