Supervise daily restaurant operations and service staff
Ensure high standards of food service and customer satisfaction
Assign duties and manage staff shifts and attendance
Welcome guests and handle customer complaints professionally
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service flow
Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
Train and guide waiters and new staff members
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies
Handle billing, cash handling, and closing procedures when required
