Greet guests politely and assist them with menu selection
Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
Explain menu items, ingredients, cooking styles, and special dishes to guests
Recommend dishes and upsell additional items based on guest preferences
Communicate orders clearly to service staff and kitchen
Command and coordinate waiters and runners to serve food promptly
Ensure correct food delivery to tables as per orders
Check with guests during the meal to encourage repeat or additional orders
Handle basic guest requests and relay feedback to management
