Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant service and guide waitstaff during operations.
Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and service teams.
Maintain table setup, ambience, and hygiene standards.
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care.
Train and motivate team members to deliver courteous, efficient service.
Requirements:
3-5 years of restaurant service experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and guest-handling skills.
Knowledge of vegetarian dining and hygiene best practices preferred.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
