Curry & Hops Brewery is looking for an experienced and confident
Restaurant Floor Captain
to lead our service team and ensure smooth guest operations across all floors.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the restaurant floor and ensure seamless service during all shifts
Supervise, guide, and motivate stewards and service staff
Ensure guests are welcomed warmly and served efficiently
Maintain high standards of table setup, hygiene, and cleanliness
Coordinate with the kitchen and brewery/bar team for timely order service
Handle guest feedback, special requests, and resolve issues professionally
Train new team members on service standards and SOPs
Monitor billing accuracy and assist in closing procedures
Ensure all safety, hygiene, and service protocols are followed
Requirements:
4-8 years experience as a Captain/Floor Captain in a restaurant or brewery
Strong communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills
Knowledge of food & beverage service standards
Ability to manage busy operations and multitask
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
