The Restaurant Captain leads front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include team leadership, guest services, order management, training, quality control, scheduling, and revenue generation. Responsibilities:

  • Lead front-of-house staff.
  • Ensure excellent guest services.
  • Manage order flow and kitchen coordination.
  • Train and develop staff.
  • Maintain quality and cleanliness standards.
  • Create and manage staff schedules.
  • Encourage upselling for revenue generation.
  • Resolve customer and staff issues.
