. Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Catering



Certificate course in Food & Beverage Service

Minimum

high school (10+2)

education for entry-level promotion
2. Professional Experience

2-5 years of experience

as a waiter/food server in a hotel or restaurant Prior experience in

fine dining or multi-cuisine restaurants

is an advantage Experience in

supervising staff

and handling guests
3. Technical & Job Skills

Strong knowledge of: Food & beverage service styles Menu planning and ingredients POS/billing systems Ability to: Take and coordinate orders Handle guest complaints professionally Train and guide junior staff Maintain service standards and hygiene
4. Communication & Personal Skills

Excellent

communication skills

(English + Hindi) Good

leadership and team management

Customer-oriented attitude Problem-solving and decision-making skills Well-groomed appearance and professional behavior
5. Certifications (Preferred but not Mandatory)

Food safety & hygiene certification
6. Physical & Other Requirements

Ability to work long shifts and stand for extended hours Calm under pressure during peak service hours
Job Types: Fresher, Part-time

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
