Job Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests, and manage reservations.
Provide menu knowledge, answer questions, and assist with order selection.
Ensure all guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
Address and resolve any customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and effectively.
Solicit and forward guest feedback to management for service improvement.. .
Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth flow of service.
Act as a liaison between the kitchen and service staff, communicating orders, wait times, and special requests.
Take and process guest orders accurately.
Monitor and manage inventory of dining supplies like cutlery, glassware, and napkins.
Ensure the dining area, including tables, chairs, and tableware, is clean and well-maintained.
Implement and monitor health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
Promote and upsell menu items and beverages.
Ensure food and beverage presentation meet the restaurant's standards.
Monitor and uphold the quality of service and food to ensure guest satisfaction.
