Supervise floor service and ensure excellent guest experience
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
Take orders, handle guest queries, and resolve complaints
Ensure proper table setup, hygiene, and service standards
Train and guide service staff; assist with upselling
Requirements:
2+ years experience in restaurant service (Captain/Senior Waiter)
Good communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of food & beverage service standards
Willingness to work in shifts
