Restaurant Captain

to lead our service team and ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Job Summary



The Restaurant Captain oversees daily service, supports the waitstaff, and ensures guests receive high-quality service throughout their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities



Supervise and coordinate the service team. Greet guests, manage seating, and ensure guest satisfaction. Train and assist staff to maintain service standards. Communicate with the kitchen regarding orders and special requests. Handle guest concerns professionally. Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and ready for service. Assist with billing, reservations, and shift reports.

Qualifications



2-4 years of restaurant service experience, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong communication and leadership skills. Good knowledge of food service standards and menu items. Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
