Duties & Responsibilities of Captain
Greeting guests and presenting them with the menu.
Responsible for operating the section assigned to him/ her.
Monitoring & ensuring F & B service operations are running smoothly.
Organizing duty roster of service staff.
Should able to introduce innovative ideas for generating targeted sale Guest interaction.
Taking food and beverage orders from the guest.
Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
Punch the order on the POS machine and make sure to enter the special requirements made by the guest while ordering the food.
Co - ordinate with the kitchen staff, bar staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
Serve food and beverage to the guest as per the course of order and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
