Job Description

We are looking for a disciplined and experienced Server cum Captain to join our Gujarati Thali restaurant. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of the service area, ensuring smooth floor operations and excellent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and serve customers politely and efficiently, including serving Gujarati Thali and other menu items. Manage the entire restaurant floor, including table allocation, service flow, and customer experience. Handle cashier duties, billing, payment processing, and maintain accurate records. Manage daily inventory and stock levels, track consumption, and coordinate with the kitchen for replenishment. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards at all times. Guide, supervise, and support service staff when required. Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally. Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements:

Prior experience in restaurant service, preferably in Indian or Thali dining. Strong communication and guest-handling skills. Ability to multitask, manage teams, and serve guests efficiently. Basic computer knowledge for POS and billing systems. Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and dedicated to customer satisfaction.
This role is suitable for candidates who can confidently manage the floor while delivering high-quality service and maintaining discipline in daily operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
