Job Title: Captain (Looking for south Indian people)
Qualification: Diploma in Hotel Management / F&B Service
Experience: 4-6 years in restaurant service, preferably with knowledge of South Indian cuisine
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Roles & Responsibilities :
Leads the service team on the restaurant floor, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Takes guest orders accurately, recommends menu items, and coordinates with the kitchen for timely food service. Supervises stewards and trainee staff, ensuring adherence to service standards, hygiene, and grooming. Handles guest feedback and resolves minor complaints promptly. Assists in table setup, billing, and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area. Maintains order-taking procedures and ensures accurate KOTs/BOTs. Supports inventory control of service equipment and consumables. Promotes a courteous and attentive service atmosphere, especially focused on delivering authentic South Indian dining experiences.
