Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit

Oversee and coordinate the front-of-house staff, ensuring smooth and efficient service during all meal periods. Assign tasks to servers and support staff, monitoring service flow and adjusting as necessary to maintain high standards. Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in service techniques, presentation, and hospitality. Able to answer any questions regarding menu and assist with menu selections. Able to anticipate any unexpected guest need and reacts promptly and tactfully. Always applies service techniques correctly at all times, and serving Food & Beverage items with enthusiasm. Conduct training sessions for staff on menu items and service standards, ensuring all team members are knowledgeable and confident.
Monitor food and beverage presentation and quality, ensuring that all dishes served meet the restaurant's standards.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to address any issues related to food quality or guest satisfaction.
Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the dining area, including cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.

Conduct regular checks to maintain the safety and comfort of the dining environment.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
