We are looking for a professional and service-oriented
Restaurant Captain
with expertise in wine and alcohol service to manage floor operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and lead the service team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service.
Greet and seat guests, maintaining high service standards.
Take and serve food & beverage orders with attention to detail.
Recommend and serve wines, cocktails, and spirits as per guest preference.
Train team members on wine pairing, alcohol serving standards, and service etiquette.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service policies.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Coordinate with kitchen & bar teams for seamless operations.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of wines, cocktails, and spirits.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to supervise and motivate service staff.
Familiarity with POS systems and billing procedures.
Attention to detail, grooming, and presentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
Hotel Management degree/diploma preferred.
3-6 years of F&B service experience, with at least 1-2 years as a Captain/Senior Steward.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
