Restaurant Captain
to lead our front-of-house service team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth dining operations, exceptional guest experiences, and coordination between the service and kitchen staff. The Restaurant Captain plays a crucial role in maintaining service quality, training staff, and upholding brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations.
Greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
Assign duties to servers and stewards, ensuring tables are properly managed.
Maintain high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation in the dining area.
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure food is served as per quality and presentation standards.
Train and mentor junior service staff on customer service, upselling techniques, and menu knowledge.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth order delivery.
Maintain inventory of service items like cutlery, napkins, etc.
