Olga Resorts is seeking a poised and service-driven Restaurant Captain to lead front-of-house operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests. As a key member of the Food & Beverage team, the Restaurant Captain ensures smooth coordination between staff, guests, and kitchen operations while maintaining the resort's high standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring prompt, courteous, and professional service.
Lead, train, and motivate service staff to uphold quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
Greet guests, oversee seating arrangements, and handle special requests or complaints with discretion and efficiency.
Liaise with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance of the dining area to maintain a premium atmosphere.
Assist with inventory control, order supplies, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
Support the Restaurant Manager in scheduling, performance evaluations, and implementing service improvements.
