Job Responsibilities:- \xc3\x98 Always greet guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner. \xc3\x98 Supervising the mis-en-place and mis-en \xe2\x80\x93scene before the restaurant open.(To inspect table cover layouts and equipment placement and settings before commencement of service). \xc3\x98 To Responsible for motivate the junior staff as well review the performance on regular bases. \xc3\x98 To be able to take complete charge in the absence of the restaurant manager/ F&B Executive. \xc3\x98 To develop restaurant sales through setting high standards of service to guests \xc3\x98 To conduct daily briefings and allot duties to subordinate staff. \xc3\x98 To acquire thorough knowledge of food and beverage control procedures and implement the same \xc3\x98 To assist the guest in choosing the best items on the menu, thereby increasing sales, by up selling and suggestive selling \xc3\x98 Achive the Target Set By The Management. \xc3\x98 To handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction through immediate action \xc3\x98 To inspect all service staff \xc3\x98 To plan the staff duty roster with the approval of the Restaurant manager or Executive. \xc3\x98 To co-ordinate with housekeeping for proper, clean of restaurant. \xc3\x98 To co-ordinate with engineering for maintenance of the fittings and equipment in the service area. \xc3\x98 Has a good knowledge of menu and presentation standards. \xc3\x98 Speak with guests and staff using clear and professional language, \xc3\x98 Able to answer any questions regarding menu and assist with menu selections. \xc3\x98 Assist guest with table reservation, while seating. Ensure guests are serviced within specified time. \xc3\x98 Ensures that the restaurant is always kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the back of house areas. \xc3\x98 Complete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, etc. \xc3\x98 Conducts monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies. \xc3\x98 Take an active role in coaching and developing junior staff. \xc3\x98 To carry out any duties assigned by the F&B Executive / Manager \xc3\x98 To follow the house rules and policies laid down by the management \xc3\x98 To adhere to strict grooming and hygiene standards Job Type: Full-time Salary: From \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 per month Benefits:
