Oversee daily service operations and ensure smooth floor management
Supervise stewards and service staff during shifts
Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
Take orders, upsell menu items, and handle guest queries
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams
Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Steward
Strong communication and leadership skills
Good knowledge of food & beverage service
Ability to handle guests and resolve service issues
Willingness to work in shifts
