Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide restaurant service staff during shifts.
Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest complaints professionally.
Take reservations, greet, and seat guests.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely food service.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the restaurant.
Train and motivate staff to maintain service quality.
Assist in daily restaurant operations, billing, and reporting.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Restaurant Captain or in a supervisory role in F&B.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
