We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented

Restaurant Captain

to lead our front-of-house team and deliver an exceptional dining experience at Imperial Kitchen, Venpalavattom.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service flow. Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high quality guest service. Greet guests, manage seating, take orders, and ensure timely delivery of food & beverages. Handle table assignments, reservations, and guest inquiries professionally. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation of dining areas. Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for smooth communication and service coordination. Address and resolve guest complaints or special requests with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements

Prior experience in a restaurant service role (Captain / Supervisor / Senior Waiter). Strong communication and leadership skills. Excellent customer service attitude and guest-focused approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team. Knowledge of food & beverage service standards. Basic familiarity with POS billing and table management systems (preferred).
