Job Title: Restaurant Captain Location: Miracle Hotel & Resorts, Kunnamangalam, Calicut Working Hours: 12 Hours Salary: ₹18,000 - ?20,000 per month Job Summary Miracle Hotel & Resorts is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to supervise daily restaurant operations, lead service staff, and ensure excellent guest dining experiences. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate restaurant service staff during shifts Ensure high standards of food service, hygiene, and cleanliness Welcome guests, take orders when required, and handle customer queries Monitor table service and ensure timely food and beverage delivery Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly Train and guide waiters and junior staff on service standards Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service operations Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations Assist in billing, closing checks, and shift handovers Requirements Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior Waiter Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage) Strong leadership and team-handling skills Customer-oriented mindset with a pleasant personality Ability to work long shifts and under pressure Knowledge of restaurant SOPs and service etiquette Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Food and accommodation (if applicable) Growth opportunities within the organization Supportive work environment
