About the Role:

Dass Continental is looking for a professional and experienced

Restaurant Captain

to lead our restaurant team and ensure an outstanding dining experience for our guests. If you have strong leadership skills, love delivering excellent service, and have experience in restaurant operations, we want you!

What You'll Do:

Supervise and guide restaurant staff during service Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations Handle guest requests and complaints promptly Maintain high standards of hygiene and service Coordinate with kitchen and other departments Assist in training and mentoring staff

Who We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Captain in a hotel or fine-dining restaurant Strong leadership, communication, and guest-service skills
