Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations
Ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction
Train and guide service staff
Coordinate with the kitchen and F&B management
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and confidence
Maintain hygiene and safety standards
Manage table reservations and seating arrangements
Requirements
Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior Steward/Supervisor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage a team efficiently
Excellent knowledge of F&B service standards
Positive attitude and professional appearance
