Restaurant Captain

to our F&B Service team.

Job Purpose



To supervise and coordinate the activities of the restaurant service team, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth operations, and adherence to standards of quality, hygiene, and hospitality.

Key Skills & Competencies



Leadership and team coordination abilities.

Sound knowledge of food & beverage service standards.

Guest-oriented approach with problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage peak operations smoothly.

Qualifications & Experience



Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.

3-4 years of experience in restaurant service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Require Knowledge of POS, PMS (preferably Hotsoft) and billing systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
