The Hotel Captain is responsible for supervising the restaurant service team, ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high service standards, and providing guests with a memorable dining experience. They act as a link between guests, staff, and management to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of service staff in the restaurant/banquet.
Greet guests, take orders when required, and ensure personalized service.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and readiness before service hours.
Guide servers and stewards in their daily operations and allocate tasks.
Handle guest complaints effectively and provide quick resolutions.
Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team for smooth order execution.
Train and motivate service staff to maintain high service standards.
Monitor stock levels of cutlery, crockery, and other service equipment.
Maintain records of daily sales, reservations, and customer feedback.
