Restaurant Captain with Good Communication skills, fluent in english , malayalam , hindi
Preferably residence in Kochi. Non resident will be given accommodation.
3 to 5 years of experience in hotel industry is desirable.
Necessary leadership skills to coordinate with kitchen and front office
familiarity with preparing and plating non veg and veg local
familiarity with running a fully equipped kitchen as well as management of food inventory and stock.
familiarity with billing and accounting related to restaurant using restaurant software

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
