We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Captain to lead our front-of-house team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. As a Restaurant Captain, you'll oversee daily operations, manage staff, and maintain high standards of service and quality.
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate front-of-house staff to provide excellent service
Manage reservations, seating, and table assignments
Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring high-quality presentation and delivery
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Maintain knowledge of menu, ingredients, and preparation methods
Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a restaurant captain or similar role
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
