Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
Ensure orders are taken accurately and served on time.
Maintain strong guest relationships and encourage repeat business.
2. Team Supervision
Supervise waiters, stewards, and other service staff during shifts.
Assign tables, monitor staff performance, and ensure service standards.
Conduct pre-shift briefings regarding menu specials, promotions, and service instructions.
Train new staff on service procedures and etiquette.
3. Operations & Service Management
Ensure table setup, cleanliness, and ambience are maintained.
Monitor order flow and coordinate between kitchen & service staff.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Manage billing and ensure accurate cash handling.
4. Sales & Upselling
Promote daily specials, signature dishes, and beverages.
Upsell add-ons to increase revenue.
Assist in achieving restaurant sales targets.
5. Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily reports of sales, staff performance, and issues.
Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth service operations.
Maintain stocks of cutlery, glassware, and supplies.
