Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and ensure a warm, welcoming environment
Supervise and guide service staff to deliver prompt service
Assign tables, take reservations, and handle table arrangements
Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery
Coordinate with kitchen staff for special requests or order modifications
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Captain/Head Waiter or similar role in a restaurant
Strong communication and leadership skills
Excellent customer service attitude
Knowledge of food and beverages
High school diploma or hospitality degree preferred
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
