We are hiring an experienced

Restaurant Captain

to lead daily operations and ensure smooth guest service in our premium dining outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities:

Follow company values and set a good example for the team. Manage your section during the shift and make sure service runs smoothly. Check that tables are set up properly and guests are served on time. Lead short team meetings and make sure proper handover happens between shifts. Take food and drink orders correctly and serve guests politely. Suggest and promote special dishes to increase sales. Handle guest complaints quickly and respectfully (within 5 minutes). Keep records and update the team on daily specials or items not available. Help with guest seating and reservations when needed. Fill in for the manager when he is not available. Guide, support, and correct staff when required, and recommend hardworking team members for appreciation.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Captain or 2 years as a Trainee Captain. Graduate or diploma in hotel management preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette. Positive attitude, team player, and guest-oriented approach. Immediate joiners preferred.
