We are hiring an experienced

Restaurant Captain

to lead daily operations and ensure smooth guest service in our premium dining outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.

Job Responsibilities

Follow and promote the company's core values among the team. Take charge of your assigned section during the shift and make sure everything runs smoothly. Check that tables are set up properly and service is on time. Lead daily team briefings and ensure proper handover between shifts. Take food and drink orders correctly and make sure guests are served well. Encourage guests to try recommended or special items to help meet sales goals. Handle guest complaints or issues quickly and politely (within 5 minutes). Keep records updated and inform the team about daily specials or unavailable items. Help with reservations and seating guests when needed. Know the full food and beverage menu well. Fill in for the manager when he is not available. Guide, correct, and motivate the team as needed. Recommend hardworking team members for recognition.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Captain or 2 years as a Trainee Captain. Graduate or diploma in hotel management preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette. Positive attitude, team player, and guest-oriented approach. Immediate joiners preferred.
