Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the work of
service staff
(stewards, waiters, runners).
Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Ensure smooth restaurant operations during service hours.
Take guest orders accurately and communicate effectively with the kitchen team.
Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and politely.
Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
Monitor daily opening and closing checklists of the restaurant.
Ensure adherence to hygiene, grooming, and service protocols.
Coordinate with kitchen and management for special requests or events.
Train and guide new service staff to maintain consistent service quality.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Restaurant Captain / Supervisor
in a vegetarian or fine dining setup.
Strong communication skills in
Kannada and English & Hindi
Leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent grooming and professional appearance.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
