Job Summary:



The Restaurant Captain is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the restaurant service team to ensure efficient operations and exceptional guest experiences. The role involves maintaining high service standards, managing daily operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and coordinate the restaurant service team during shifts. Ensure smooth operation of the restaurant and handle guest queries or complaints promptly. Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate communication with the kitchen and bar. Train and guide waiters and stewards in service techniques, menu knowledge, and guest handling. Monitor table settings, cleanliness, and overall restaurant presentation. Assist in planning seating arrangements and managing reservations. Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards. Promote daily specials and upsell menu items to enhance revenue. Prepare shift reports and assist in inventory management. Coordinate with the kitchen and management to ensure timely service.

Requirements:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Knowledge of food & beverage service standards. Problem-solving and guest handling skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
