Role Overview

As an

F&B Associate

, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering warm, attentive, and personalized service to our guests. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations and creating memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests with a welcoming attitude.

Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.

Provide detailed information on menu items, daily specials, and recommendations.

Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.

Maintain cleanliness and setup of dining areas as per brand standards.

Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Support pre-opening activities including outlet setup, training, and mock service runs.

Uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment preferred (Hospitality fresher's with strong interest in F&B are welcome).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-centric attitude with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
