Position Title:Restaurant Captain

Job Summary:
The Restaurant Captain is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the restaurant floor. They ensure excellent guest service, smooth coordination between staff, and adherence to quality and hygiene standards. The role involves managing guest relations, handling complaints, and guiding service staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise restaurant operations during shifts and ensure smooth service.
Greet, seat, and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate between kitchen and service staff for timely food delivery.
Train, guide, and motivate waiters/servers in service standards.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
Monitor table setup, cutlery, and overall restaurant ambiance.
Assist in billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting when required.
Support the Restaurant Manager in staff scheduling and inventory control.
Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience as a Captain/Head Waiter in a restaurant or hotel.
Strong communication and guest service skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a service team.
Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Qualification:
Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
2-4 years of experience in a similar role in fine dining/multi-cuisine restaurants.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
