Job Description

Guest Relations:

Greets guests, manages their seating, takes orders, and ensures they have a positive dining experience.

Service Management:

Oversees the flow of service, trains and supervises waitstaff, and resolves any guest issues promptly.

Operations:

Manages the dining room, coordinates with the kitchen, and ensures adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

Sales and Upselling:

Promotes menu items, beverages, and special offers to increase revenue.

Team Leadership:

Motivates, trains, and evaluates the service staff, fostering a positive work environment.

Reporting:

Prepares reports on dining room activities, guest feedback, and staff performance.
Additional Duties:

Inventory Management:

Monitors and orders supplies, ensuring adequate stock of all necessary items.

Quality Control:

Maintains high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the dining area.

Problem-Solving:

Addresses and resolves guest complaints and issues effectively

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?19,000.00 per month
