We are a pure vegetarian multi-cuisine restaurant with a curated menu and a seating capacity of 60 guests. We are looking for an experienced, confident, and guest-focused Restaurant Captain to lead floor operations and ensure an excellent dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
> Welcome and assist guests, ensuring high standards of hospitality
> Supervise and coordinate waiters and floor staff
> Take and manage table orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service
> Explain menu items, specials, and recommendations to guests
> Coordinate between kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
> Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
> Ensure table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are strictly followed
> Train and guide service staff when required
Requirements:
> Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or senior waiter preferred
> Strong leadership and communication skills
> Must speak Hindi; English preferred
Well-groomed, polite, and customer-oriented personality
> Ability to handle floor operations independently
> Knowledge of service standards and hygiene practices
