Responsible for supervising restaurant service team, maintaining service standards, guest experience and coordinating smooth operations in restaurant & dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise & guide service staff / stewards during restaurant operations.
Allocate tables, manage guest seating & ensure fast service delivery.
Take guest orders, ensure accurate order punching & food service coordination.
Handle guest complaints, feedback & provide service recovery when needed.
Maintain hygiene, table setup, cutlery, buffet arrangement & service SOPs.
Coordinate with kitchen & bar team for timely order execution.
Train & support new service staff on hospitality standards & upselling.
Assist in billing, closing sales reports & cash handling when required.
Profile Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality preferred.
1-3 years experience in restaurant / hotel / resort service.
Good communication, guest engagement & coordination skills.
Knowledge of service standards, menu, beverages & POS preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
