Responsibilities include
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Managing guest reservations
Supervising the waitstaff
Ensuring smooth operations during service
Addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Maintain high standards of service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
