We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic

Restaurant Captain

to lead our service team at our Kerala-themed restaurant. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and customer service skills, ensuring smooth daily operations and an exceptional dining experience. Familiarity with Kerala cuisine and traditional service practices is a plus, as our menu features unique and authentic dishes not commonly found elsewhere.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the front-of-house staff Ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction Guide guests through the unique Kerala menu offerings Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless service

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role Strong communication and leadership skills Knowledge of Kerala cuisine preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
