Captain - Union Restaurant, Ahmedabad

Union is hiring a

Captain

to to lead our floor team and ensure guests enjoy a seamless and memorable visit.

What You'll Do:

Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations Lead and support the service team to ensure high standards of hospitality Greet guests, take orders, and ensure prompt and professional service Train new staff and monitor performance Handle guest queries and resolve complaints with efficiency and grace Liaise with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely service Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of the dining area Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards Monitor inventory of service equipment and supplies

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Captain/Team Leader in a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Passion for delivering excellent customer service Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
