The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and strong leadership qualities to manage the restaurant floor efficiently and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth dining service
Greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely food service
Assign duties to stewards and ensure team discipline and grooming standards
Coordinate with kitchen staff for order accuracy and timely delivery
Handle guest complaints politely and resolve them promptly
Monitor table settings, cleanliness, and ambience
Train new service staff and maintain SOP standards
Maintain billing accuracy and coordinate with the cashier
Promote daily specials and upsell food & beverage items
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication in Tamil and basic English
Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service etiquette
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Positive attitude and presentable personality
