Safety and Security: Implement and enforce safety and security procedures, conduct regular drills, and ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and international laws. Passenger Services: Oversee the delivery of high-quality customer service, responding to passenger needs and ensuring a positive onboard experience. Emergency Response: Take charge in emergency situations, such as medical emergencies, fires, and other incidents, coordinating the crew and implementing emergency procedures as necessary. Maintenance and Inspections: Ensure the vessel is well-maintained and in compliance with regulatory requirements, overseeing maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections.
