Job Description

We are looking for a smart, experienced, and customer-focused Restaurant & Bar Captain to lead our service team at Hotel Seven Junction.

The captain will supervise restaurant & bar operations, manage staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest queries professionally Supervise waiters, bartenders, and support staff Manage table reservations, table allocations, and service flow Coordinate with kitchen/bar for smooth order flow Ensure adherence to service standards, grooming standards & hygiene Handle billing, closing reports, and cash reconciliation if required Manage inventory of glassware, cutlery, crockery, and bar stock Train new staff and monitor performance Maintain discipline, punctuality, and staff coordination Report daily service feedback and issues to management Suggest improvements in menu presentation and guest experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
