Job Title:Restaurant Captain Location:Oman Languages: English, Hindi, Malayalam (Arabic appreciated) Requirements: - Valid passport - Willingness to work in Oman - Immediate availability - Minimum 2 years of experience in the hotel industry - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam; knowledge of Arabic appreciated. Responsibilities: - Oversee the dining area and ensure smooth operations during service hours - Supervise and train staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer interaction - Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally - Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant area - Handle reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests efficiently - Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed - Uphold company policies and procedures regarding food safety, sanitation, and service quality Salary: Starting salary of 180 OMR, negotiable based on experience and performance. Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 per month Benefits:
