Restaurant Captain

Job Description

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Captain to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction. The Captain will supervise the service team, coordinate between guests and kitchen staff, and maintain high standards of hygiene and service quality.

Responsibilities:



Supervise and coordinate restaurant floor activities and staff. Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit. Accurately take orders and communicate them to the kitchen team. Train and mentor stewards and service staff to uphold quality standards. Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness, proper table settings, and overall hygiene. Assist with billing processes and end-of-day closing procedures.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Captain or senior service staff in a restaurant or hotel environment. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of food and beverage service and basic etiquette. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Ability to work flexible shifts.

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
